Sylvia Scholey

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Sylvia brings over 20 years of global hospitality experience, from leading luxury resorts in the Caribbean to steering a hotel group through IPO and its later sale to Marriott. She has worked across sales, marketing, revenue, and brand strategy, helping independent resorts and major players alike unlock growth and strengthen their market position.

Known for her collaborative style and sharp commercial instincts, Sylvia is trusted by partners and clients for turning complex challenges into clear, actionable results. She’s passionate about building lasting relationships, mentoring teams, and shaping strategies that drive measurable impact.

Blanka Dewapura

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Blanka has worked across the US, Caribbean, and Asia with both major brands and boutique independents, bringing over 25 years of experience in operational and commercial leadership. She is skilled in rebranding and repositioning hotels and resorts, whether at a corporate level or as an independent consultant, and has guided properties through successful transitions and market realignments.

Her expertise includes optimizing business processes, building high-performing teams, leading complex technology projects, change management and openings. Known for her ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution, Blanka helps clients streamline operations, strengthen positioning, and unlock new business opportunities.
