Sylvia Scholey

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Sylvia started her career in Europe in various hotels throughout London, Paris and Belfast where she quickly discovered her love for the commercial side of the Hospitality Business. Over the past 20 years, she held various leadership roles with Hilton, Marriott and independent luxury resorts throughout the Caribbean and North America.
When she is not reading up on the latest travel trends, analyzing market reports or engaging with buyers and clients, she loves to travel with her family exploring new places or retreating to their family cottage near Salzburg, Austria.

Blanka Dewapura

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Blanka brings in over 20 years of hands on operational and commercial experience from branded hotels in north and southeast USA to independent boutique resorts in Caribbean and Asia.  She provided regional commercial leadership to Hilton properties and held various corporate roles with hotel management companies, working directly with IHG brands and boutique resorts under Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Blanka does not miss a beat with her multi-faceted, disciplined and out-of-the box approach.
In her free time, she loves the outdoors, connecting with nature through yoga and running with her beloved Old English Sheepdog.
